P4G Leadership Academy

At P4G, we love giving our young gymnasts the opportunity to grow, get involved and become leaders of the future!

We are proud to run the British Gymnastics Young Leaders Programme, designed to help young people develop their confidence, leadership skills and experience within the gymnastics club environment.

Who is it for?

• Gymnasts and non-gymnasts aged 11+
• Those interested in coaching and supporting others
• Those looking to gain volunteer experience

What will our Young Leaders do?

• Assist qualified coaches during sessions and activities
• Develop communication and teamwork, problem-solving skills
• Build confidence
• Support and encourage younger gymnasts
• Become positive role models within the club
• Support on their journey towards British Gymnastics Young Leader and coaching qualifications
• Gain valuable experience and skills that can support their future development
